Keep the Facts, Let Go of the Pain

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Feel Like Yourself Again (in 1 to 5 Sessions) Without Having to Talk About What Happened

ADJUNCT | INTENSIVES | SHORT-TERM TRAUMA THERAPY

You’re doing everything right. But your body still isn’t responding.

You’ve read the books. You’ve tried the strategies. Maybe you’ve even done years of talk therapy. And you can explain exactly what happened to you and exactly why you feel the way you do.

But understanding your trauma and releasing it are two very different things.

What if it’s not a mindset problem? It’s a nervous system problem.

No matter how much insight you gain, your body may still be reacting as if the threat is still there. That’s not a character flaw, and it’s not a lack of effort. It’s your nervous system, still holding onto something it never got to finish processing.

That can show up as:

  • Difficulty losing weight

  • Chronic pain or muscle tension

  • Digestive problems

  • Fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix

  • A nervous system that never seems to calm down

  • Sleep disruption

  • Memories you can’t stop replaying

  • Hypervigilance, or waiting for something to go wrong

  • Difficulty trusting others

  • Fear of conflict, or difficulty setting boundaries

  • People pleasing

If avoiding it, talking yourself out of it, and powering through it haven’t worked, your nervous system may need something different.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy works directly with your nervous system, not just your thoughts

Accelerated Resolution Therapy, also called ART, uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements) to help your brain process and store distressing memories differently. It works at the level where trauma actually lives, without requiring you to retell your story in detail or relive it session after session.

You keep the memory of what happened. You lose the emotional and physical charge that’s been keeping you stuck.

Most people feel significant relief in just 1 to 5 sessions.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy helps with:

  • PTSD and complex PTSD (CPTSD)

  • Single incident trauma (accidents, bullying, natural disasters)

  • Childhood trauma, including abuse and neglect

  • Medical trauma

  • Sexual trauma

  • Relationship trauma, including the aftermath of controlling or high conflict relationships

  • Grief and loss

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Panic attacks

  • Specific phobias

  • Dental anxiety and health anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Trauma that hasn’t responded to talk therapy
