My hourly rate is $275 an hour. If you would like to use insurance, I am able to give you a super bill for Out of Network billing and some people are able to get reimbursed a percentage of what they pay.

If 1:1 doesn’t work for you I am currently enrolling for my groups that run for 6-8 weeks at $50 dollars a session. Check out my groups here.

Even before the pandemic I provided online therapy in California. This means that I can see you through video therapy no matter where you are in California. I currently provide recurrent online therapy Monday, and Tuesday and some Fridays. Intensives are over weekends and can be in person at my office in Roseville.

The work I do with parents is two fold. We work on helping you understand and interact with your neurodivergent child in a way that helps both of you stay regulated. We also work on your feelings, coping skills and experience as a parent of a neurodivergent child.

With all of my clients after trust is built we will work through the past trauma that is currently impacting your relationships and life..
